We are a medtech startup company with a proven platform for efficient patient follow-up using asynchronuous messaging and group communication with thousands of doctors and more than a million patients using it. Our platform can be seamlessly integrated as white lable to other pre existing solutions using our SDK (for android and ios), Widget Web (for web integration) and our APIs for backend integration.We can provide our platform and also capabilities to develop and adapt our solution to the use cases. Specially Use Case 2.Also we have already success cases in Public Health Sector in Spain and Private Health in 5 differnt countries for diabetes patient follow-up and monitoring and also home health care for chronic patients, among others.
