EURECAT
Eurecat is currently the leading Technology Centre in Catalonia. It ranks second largest private research organization in Spain, managing a turnover of more than 50M€ in 2019 and more than 650 professionals, and being involved in more than 200 R&D projects and has a customer portfolio of over 1.600 companies. It offers solutions to their innovation needs and boosts their competitiveness in a fast-paced environment.
The range of services offered by the centre are primarily focused on applied R&D in almost twenty technological areas, technological services, information technology consulting, highly specialized training, product and service development, and promotion and distribution of technological innovation.
These innovations and training activities span from Industrial Technologies to Digital Technologies, Biotech and Sustainability. Eurecat is currently participating in more than 70 EU funded collaborative projects, mainly in the Horizon 2020 Programme, leading about 15 projects. As a technology centre, it has been accepted by the European Commission as a Key Enabling Technologies (KETs) Technology Center and it has been included in the KETs map to help SMEs locate European Technology Centres that can help them to innovate. Eurecat’s KET activities are, among others, smart manufacturing, industry 4.0, robotics, human machine interaction, process industry (processing of novel materials, structures, etc.), high performance computing, cloud-based simulation services, additive manufacturing, high-performance production, high-performance, high precision processing, intelligent sensor-based equipment or electronic and optical functional materials.
eHealth is one of the ten main areas of specialization that Eurecat promotes and in which it invests especially in innovation and projects, altogether with others in health sector like Medical Devices, Personalized medicine and Nutrition and I.A, applied in health sector.

Many years of experience in the digital health environment, specific experiences in the use case of severe chronic, leadership of European projects and among them some PCPs, technological capabilities to deal with large innovation projects in integrated care, hospital process management, implementation of solutions and contribution of intelligence to solutions (with artificial intelligence, machines learning, etc. …).
Areas of cooperation sought
Assistance in the deployment and implementation of projects, and more localized dialogue with professionals due to issues of proximity, language and cervical knowledge of the healthcare model in some of the sites. Open to discuss.
